LOCATION
Konstancin-Jeziorna is a quiet, green enclave located approximately 20 km south of central Warsaw. It is the only spa town in the Mazovian Voivodeship. In Park Zdrojowy, a natural inhalatorium,
there are salt graduation towers unique to Poland. The town has a villa-style character, with over 70 historic villas from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, designed by leading Polish architects in the styles fashionable at the time. Among the residents of Konstancin were famous writers, painters, and sculptors, many of whom lived in villas and houses that still exist today. During the interwar period, the town was promoted as a destination for cultural and artistic elites. Today, more than a century later, the revitalized Park Zdrojowy successfully evokes the atmosphere of the era. Numerous valuable initiatives are underway to restore the charm and prestige of this exceptional place.
