Privacy policy

Having regard to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data – General Data Protection Regulation (EU L 119/1 of 4 May 2016), and in particular Article 13 thereof, the Sforzato Foundation informs that:

1. The controller of personal data provided in the application form is the Sforzato Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, 02-593, ul. hetmana Jana Karola Chodkiewicza 8/14;
2. The provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of accepting applications, conducting recruitment, and conducting classes organised by the Sforzato Foundation;
3. The basis for the processing of personal data is point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (data processing based on consent);
4. The provided personal data will be processed for the period of participation in the courses, and then archived and stored for a period of 1 year;
5. You have the right to access the content of the provided data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer, object, withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
7. Providing personal data is voluntary, however failure to provide them will result in the inability to participate in the courses;
8. Consent is voluntary. Consent may be withdrawn at any time;
